Jack is the Director and Co-founder of Halfmoon Education. Jack had his doctoral studies in the US and received his education of MA in Comp. Literature and a BA in Chinese Language and Chinese Literature. Jack is an international citizen and has been living in four countries in two continents over the past decades and every period of his life is associated with "education" and "school."

She emphasizes on the "Content research methods and ways for the development of students' responsibility and habit". Advocates cultivation of compassionate and caring spiritual qualities in education.

With years of experience teaching writing, she has been helping multilingual students become proficient writers in English. Natalie Earned her M. Ed. and B. Ed in English from UBC, She is a school based resources teacher who has taught for over 20 years. She has taught English Language Arts; ELL all levels and all subjects. Her special education experience includes LAC (Learning Assistance Class), LSP (Learning Support Program).
